If you would like to re-activate service after your service has been cancelled or terminated due to non-payment, please contact our billing department ASAP as there is a chance that we may be able to restore the server after due payment is made.

After 5 Days a terminated host server will incur a minimum $16/month charge, a $13.25 setup fee, and any fees to RE-build the database for the website.

Old email messagees will NOT be retrievable.
